I haven't posted a journal entry in quite some time. It just seems like there has been so little time. At the end of my pregnancy I was so tired and stressed, trying to get everything finalized at work before I went on maternity leave.

Then... Luna was born and all my time was spent on her and trying to feel better as the almighty baby blues got a hold of me.

Yesterday, she was 3 weeks old and I can't believe how time has flown.

She is such a good little girl and sleeps most of the time. She only has about an hour every day or so when she's niggly, but that's because of cramps. She also really sleeps well 3 - 5 hours at a time, mostly 3, but those 5 hours are heavenly when they happen.

She also eats heartily and has picked up 500g in 3 weeks, which is quite a lot.

Shpandy and I are both so in love with our little angel. I still sometimes struggle to believe she is really ours and I still cannot fathom that we actually made this little perfect person.

I feel much better now and am getting into the swing of things, although Shpandy is much better at the stressful times that I am - when she cries and I cannot calm her down, hopefully this skill or the ability to deal with it will come with time.

I will keep you updated on the growth of our precious gift from God.
